We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of project scope in line with design requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications received from the design team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Optimize specifications without deviating from client requirements, ensuring maximum value for money.
  • Verify bills of quantities (BOQs) and backup workings, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Presentation of BOQs and solutions to stakeholders for approval.
  • Validation and verification of resource allocation (RA) bills and final bills, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Preparation of amendments as required, maintaining accurate records.
  • Validation of budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix, providing actionable insights.
  • Submission of different budget options considering alternative solutions, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Identification and proposal of new products for approval, driving innovation.
  • Proposing optimization options in budgets, maximizing efficiency.
  • Maintenance of timely completion of budget requirements without delays, prioritizing deadlines.
  • Preparation of reports on cost analysis of projects as per management's requirements, enhancing business intelligence.
