The Admissions Team at the University of East Anglia is responsible for managing student applications from around the world. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Admission Executive.
This post requires the holder to undertake various duties and responsibilities to assist the university in delivering a high-quality service aligning with its strategic plan. These duties include:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process student applications, reviewing supporting documents and making decisions on admissibility.
- Communicate with applicants and stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving queries.
- Support the Admissions Team in coordinating pre-arrival registrations, establishing contact with students, and reviewing documentation.
- Conduct credibility interviews with applicants and verify academic documents.
- Undertake other assigned duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Admissions Team.
We are looking for a self-starter who can work quickly and accurately, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively as part of a larger team.

Requirements- Educated to degree level.
- Recent experience in admissions and documentation.
- Experience in a Higher Education environment.
- UK study experience.
- Strong administration, planning, and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Ability to interpret application data and provide evidence-based reports.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of issues affecting international student recruitment.

The normal working hours are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm; however, during busy periods evening and weekend work may be required. The role is based in UEA Noida sector 62 office.
Education, Experience & Achievements- Educated to degree level.
- Recent experience in admissions and documentation.
- Experience in a Higher Education environment.
- UK study experience.
- Experience working with university student records systems, such as SITS, salesforce, and higher education desirable.
