Study Abroad Application Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for students during their admission journey. The Study Abroad Application Coordinator will handle documentation, coordinate with students and institutions, ensure timely submissions, and provide accurate guidance on application requirements.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and processing student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations.
  • Verifying and reviewing application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Assisting students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • FOLLOWING up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.
  • Coordinating with universities and institutions regarding admission requirements, offers, and updates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones in the CRM/system.
  • Providing students and counselors with timely updates regarding application progress and outcomes.
  • Ensuring adherence to deadlines for applications, conditional offer requirements, and final submissions.
  • Supporting in offer acceptance, fee payments, and pre-departure documentation as required.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of student cases.
  • Staying updated on university requirements, intake deadlines, and policy changes to guide students effectively.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • A strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • An ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a student-first approach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application management.
