Key Responsibilities:- Shortlist universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Utilize MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills to effectively manage records and provide presentations.
- Provide accurate and clear information to students, answering all inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver webinars/seminars and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google meet.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education trends and stay informed about new opportunities and challenges.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Prior experience in counseling students is essential. Experience from the study abroad sector is highly desirable.
