We are looking for a Program Leader with direct experience in running educational initiatives—someone who has successfully managed student outcomes, mentor relationships and operational processes to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run student cohorts end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
  • E nsure classes, timelines and objectives stay on track.
  • Be the primary point of contact between students, mentors and our team.
  • Keep students engaged, track their progress and intervene if they fall behind.
  • Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
  • Develop and improve post-engagement processes for a better student journey.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Use data insights to identify gaps and enhance programs every cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales, content and product teams to optimize overall experience.
  • Identify and resolve issues early (dropouts, delays) and implement solutions promptly.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in educational program management (managing students, mentors and operational processes).
  • Strong track record of resolving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to drive accountability across teams.
