Senior Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key part in the Government Solutions team within Executive Education, contributing to individual growth and collaborating closely with the Associate Director - EE, Government practice.

  1. Drive revenue growth from key public sector accounts, meeting individual sales targets.
  2. Maintain end-to-end client relationships throughout the sales process.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and clients, establishing networks, arranging meetings, and supporting customer outreach.
  4. Pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
  5. Foster in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
  6. Create approach notes, proposal documents, and knowledge collaterals.
  7. Cultivate ongoing relationships with existing clients.
  8. Generate frequent reviews and reports on sales and financial data.
  9. Manage diagnostic studies and support the sales process as required.

The Senior Manager will also assist in programme planning and execution, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans as necessary.

Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.
  • Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Good questioning, probing, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue generation/orders booked (30%).
  • Contacting potential clients for lead generation and customer outreach (30%).
  • Preparing pitch decks, proposals, and client-related engagements (20%).
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and facilitating discussions (10%).
  • Database and knowledge creation/management (10%).
