AI Delivery Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Delivery Manager to lead the execution of our AI innovation hub in Pune, India.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex AI programmes from scoping to deployment and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Frameworks and Governance: Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI initiatives.
  • End-to-End Programme Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, ensuring milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met.
  • Cross-Functional Team Alignment: Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope.
  • Commercial Goals and Customer Impact: Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership.
  • Culture of Delivery Excellence: Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub.
