• Establish and direct the Future Studies Center to drive innovation and foresight across the institution, fostering collaboration and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
• Conduct annual foresight reports on global trends in technology, geopolitics, and sustainability, providing valuable insights to stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders.
• Develop and teach graduate-level courses in futures thinking, policy foresight, and scenario planning, equipping students with expertise in strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and innovative leadership.
• Mentor doctoral students and research fellows in foresight studies, nurturing the next generation of innovators and thought leaders who can shape the future of the organization and the world at large.
• Represent the institution at international forums, conferences, and symposia related to innovation, foresight, and strategic management, establishing the institution as a hub for global knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

• Hold a PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Policy, Strategic Management, or a related field, demonstrating expertise in strategic decision-making, innovation, and leadership.
• Be an internationally recognized scholar with a distinguished publication record, showcasing impact and influence in the field of futures studies, innovation, and strategic management.
• Have proven experience in policy advisory, foresight consulting, or global think tanks, providing valuable insight into strategic planning and implementation, and have strong global academic and industry networks.
