Job Overview

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and face of our support for customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain proactive outreach to build rapport with customers.
  • Identify customers' needs and propose suitable solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved by following up effectively.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and display patience when handling complex cases.
