Preparation and Cooking Specialist

As a key member of our culinary team, the Preparation and Cooking Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes.

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food in a safe and organized manner.
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure optimal freshness and flavor.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.
  • Operate various kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, to prepare and cook food efficiently.
  • Monitor food quality while preparing food to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Set up and break down work stations to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
