About the Job

  • Quality Control: Ensure that all pastries and desserts meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of three years' experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service.
  • Skills: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment.
  • Education: Completion of high school or basic education equivalency requirement.
