Job Title: Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop product hardware specifications and requirements.
  2. Conduct high-level system integration reviews of hardware design and firmware control.
  3. Create test plans to verify electrical, environmental, and functional compliance during development.
  4. Evaluate reliability using FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to identify safety or liability concerns.
  5. Coordinate product development milestones with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  6. Manage DFX (Design for Excellence) updates, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and product life cycle management.
  7. Mentor team members on design to ensure adherence to established technical standards.
  8. Research new development concepts to guide future product innovation.
  9. Identify cost-competitive technological alternatives for scaling up.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Power Electronics or related field with 8-12 years of experience.
  2. Strong understanding of closed-loop control for power converters and compensator design.
  3. Experience with high-speed or high-power semiconductor devices, specifically power converter designs over 100kVA and in medium voltage applications.
  4. Solid technical knowledge, competence, and system-level design experience.
  5. Proven track record of managing multiple power electronics projects involving analog and digital electronics as well as control circuitry.
  6. Familiarity with circuit simulation tools like SIMULINK.
  7. Skills in derating, FMEA, and reliability analysis.
  8. Excellent circuit debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
  9. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
