  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with market requirements and technological progress.
  • Operational Management:
  • Manage daily operations, including project planning, budget approval, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance, driving collective success and achievement.
  • Business Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and achieve business goals, fostering innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks in programs and provide guidance for mitigation, ensuring proactive and informed decision-making.
  • Market Strategy:
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and support product offerings for specific markets, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Skilled in leading organizational development and driving change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse interests and agendas.

Candidates should be responsible for developing vendors and assuring process and product quality.
