Key Responsibilities
  • Build Custom Tokens and Smart Contracts: Develop and deploy custom tokens and smart contracts to drive innovation within our organization.
  • Introduce Blockchain Practices: Introduce blockchain practices into our organization and document workflows for future scalability.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and guide us with the latest updates in Web3.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Collaborate across teams to explore blockchain-based use cases aligned with business needs.
  • Lay the Foundation: Lay the foundation for a blockchain-focused team, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the division grows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Knowledge of blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.).
  • Smart Contract Experience: Experience (academic/projects) in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to own and drive initiatives.
