Design Advanced BMS Hardware Systems

  • Lead the development of power electronics concepts for Battery Management Systems (BMS)
  • Create digital and analog circuit designs, implement ADCs, DACs, OP Amps, microprocessors, and microcontrollers
  • Work with simulation tools like P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad to optimize system performance
  • Implement Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) and Root Cause Analysis to ensure reliability and safety

Key Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EEE)
  • At least 12-14 years of experience in BMS development and power electronics

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of safety-critical features, contactors, relays
  • Working knowledge of IEC61508 and ISO26262 standards
