Job Description

  • As a quality assurance automation specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing.

  • You will design and implement automated and manual test cases for Salesforce applications. Your tasks include developing, maintaining, and executing functional, regression, and integration test cases for Salesforce applications.

  • Using Tosca, you will create and run automation test scripts. Additionally, you will conduct API testing using Tosca, validating request/response behavior across integrations.

  • Furthermore, you will actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and story refinement, contributing QA insights early in the development cycle.

  • Documenting test plans, test cases, and test data sets is essential to ensure clear traceability to requirements.

  • You will identify, log, and track defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to revalidate fixes.

  • Finally, you will support test optimization efforts through reusable components and automation improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required.

  • Three to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing, are necessary.

  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning and test-driven development, is expected.

  • Strong hands-on automation experience with programming skills is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tosca certification (TA1 or equivalent) or Salesforce certification such as administrator is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are also beneficial.
