About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to guide our growing engineering team and deliver impactful solutions for the life sciences industry. As our team expands, you'll play a key role in mentoring engineers, managing project delivery, and collaborating with product and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering technical growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business objectives
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
  • Identify and address technical blockers to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
  • Build a high-trust, collaborative team culture in line with company values
  • Work with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Exposure to enterprise domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus
