Job Title: Data Architecture Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Architecture Specialist to support the delivery of complex transformation programs within our data portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain high-quality logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards, fulfilling business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain data models and undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and data types.
  • Collaborate with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products serving customer needs.
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across stakeholders, working with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements.
  • Support the development of analysis and modeling artefacts enabling development teams to develop working products.
  • Understand user journeys end-to-end, extending beyond system boundaries.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Strong data analysis and/or data modeling experience (4-8 years).
  • Financial domain and data analysis skills, covering requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Individual contributor with good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Team player with self-starter approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building rapport and relationships.
  • Liaison between business and technical teams, bridging gaps and assisting project delivery.
