Job Title: Global Supply Chain Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting activities and procedures to meet compliance requirements for inbound and outbound distributions, supplier management, and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational or similar roles, with proven organizational skills, including time management. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Support the development and implementation of global standards and procedures to create efficient and compliant guidelines for our global supply chain operations.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective communication between teams on-site at our locations.
  • - Analyze and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions and quality events.
  • - Provide monthly financial information to the relevant teams.
  • - Develop and implement strategies to simplify and standardize global processes and systems used across all activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • - Proven organizational skills, including time management
  • - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role
