About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. The successful candidate will possess a graduate degree and demonstrate excellent telephone and email etiquette. As a Voice Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide best solutions and manage high-visibility exceptions. You will also have the opportunity to work on a worldwide schedule, covering 24/5/365 with rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical assistance to customers, ruling out hardware errors and escalating issues as necessary
- Create and manage tickets for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
- Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to resolve complex customer queries
- Develop and maintain knowledge of software updates and licenses, ensuring seamless delivery to clients worldwide
- Work closely with the global customer experience team to ensure customer satisfaction and experience remains a top priority

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different cultures and time zones
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
- Proficient in using ticketing systems and other customer support tools
