About the Role:

The Contracts Administrator role is a dynamic position that involves creating, validating and processing contract documentation using standard templates and in accordance with company policies and business approvals.

This role follows defined engagement guidelines to liaise with other teams, finance, legal and other groups across the organization to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.

Responsibilities:

">
  1. Create, validate and process contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates.
  2. FOLLOW defined engagement guidelines to liaise with other Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups across the organization.
  3. Ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
  4. Set the overall direction for assigned managed deals and lead the contracting process end-to-end.
  5. Solve complex contracting scenarios and meet specific needs of assigned managed deals.
  6. Facilitate discussion amongst Sales and multiple functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience drafting standard contractual documents & stakeholder management.
  • Organized, detail oriented, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel.
  • Able to work effectively under time critical deadlines.
  • Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures desired.
