Key Objectives
  • You will spearhead the creation and execution of a strategic vision for our organization aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of scientists and researchers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • You will be responsible for driving the discovery, development, and commercialization of novel bioformulations targeted at global markets.
  • You will oversee and manage Technical Excellence teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of product pipelines—from early development through commercialization.
Requirements
  • A Ph.D. in Plant Biology, Crop Science, Agricultural Biotechnology, Agri-input Science, or related fields is required.
  • Minimum 12 years of postdoctoral experience in Agri-biotech companies or biotechnology industries focused on Agri-input formulations is necessary.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing novel bio-based formulations for crop improvement and protection is essential.
  • Experience working with multiple active ingredients in agri-input bioformulations is desired.
  • Strong command of fundamental plant molecular biology techniques is required.
  • Proven ability to lead highly skilled teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and technical environments is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey technical information to various audiences, are required.
