Job Description

We are seeking an expert Memory Layout Designer to develop innovative memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts for cutting-edge Cores. As a key member of our team, you will focus on achieving outstanding Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop memory compilers layouts and memory Fast Cache instances layouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of memory designs into our Cores.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in CMOS Transistors, logic design, and layout.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of Power versus Performance versus Area trade-offs in typical CMOS design.
  • Review schematics and propose changes based on layout implications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SRAM/memory layouts creation and backend verifications, including EMIR analysis.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS Transistors, their behaviors, and CMOS logic design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
