3D Quality Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of 3D Quality Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our 3D products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and team leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be proficient in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high visual standards for all 3D products
  • Audit editor work to identify areas for improvement and lead corrective actions
  • Collaborate with trainers to upskill editors based on real data
  • Develop SOPs and streamline workflows to increase efficiency without compromising quality
  • Improve Jeeves scores and reduce rework to drive internal editing adoption
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging
  • QA or team lead experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax
  • Data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing
