Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires a balance of creativity, user-centered thinking, and technical design expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs and effective communication of design ideas through wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
  • Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions and drive business growth.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability, while staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and digital design best practices.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity across all creative outputs, ensuring consistency and coherence across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals, drive innovation, and strengthen brand presence in global markets.
  • Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
