Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of System Configuration Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with system program leaders to ensure seamless system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

Candidates must be able to work effectively within US core business hours in a remote job setting that allows for collaboration with nearshore or offshore employees who possess the right skills and qualifications.

  • Provides daily system support via various communication channels, including email and instant messaging, to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshoots system issues with users and collaborates with them to resolve the issues, as well as with software vendors when necessary.
  • Performs several administrative duties, such as updating website information content and system data.
  • Assists with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Creates and executes test cases to verify configurations function as expected.
  • Assists with software validation and change control activities.
  • Supports the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel and Tableau.
  • Contributes to the creation of training materials.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A passion for helping others succeed, with excellent team player qualities.
  • Experience with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in using Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Required SQL experience.
  • Prior experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint expertise.
