Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with expertise in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI technologies, experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation, and the ability to work effectively with global teams, particularly those based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  • Conducting gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Defining and documenting requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Collaborating with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Leveraging knowledge of LLMs to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

Screen Layout Design:

  • Creating rough screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software like Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Ensuring designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.

Testing Plan Development:

  • Developing comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance, including AI components.
  • Collaborating with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.

Agile Methodology:

  • Actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Breaking down epics into user stories and ensuring their readiness for development teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicating with US-based personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.

AI Expertise:

  • A foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • A background in programming
  • Cursory knowledge of SQL

Agile Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
  • The ability to lead scrum meetings is a plus

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams, specifically US-based personnel.
  • Availability to work during US East Coast daytime hours.
