As a Principal Engineer on our Agent Platform team, you will be responsible for architecting and building the core distributed systems that provide a reliable and scalable foundation for our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop: Create foundational backend services that meet rigorous standards for performance and reliability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance through exemplary code, design documents, and thoughtful code reviews. Drive best practices in system design and raise the bar for the entire team.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Tackle challenging technical issues in distributed computing, large-scale data processing, and overall system architecture.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of designing and building complex distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development including system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • A strong bias for action and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
  • Experience with modern cloud and data infrastructure is essential.
