Lead Technology Visionary

As a cutting-edge technology company, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive our technical strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement with our engineering teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our products and services while working with the latest technologies in AI and telecommunications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the technology strategy and roadmap, considering both short-term needs and long-term vision
  • Lead architecture decisions for all software products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
  • Drive innovation in AI technologies, including Conversational AI and Generative AI applications
  • Oversee integration of telephony systems with cutting-edge software solutions
  • Manage resource allocation across global teams
  • Build, lead, and mentor engineering teams across multiple locations
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies
  • Participate in code reviews and occasionally contribute to critical development efforts
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align technology capabilities with market needs
  • Represent our technical vision to clients, partners, and industry forums
Experience Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in software development and engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with telephony systems and infrastructure
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Track record of successful product launches and technology implementations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Strong coding skills with continued hands-on technical involvement
  • Experience working in multinational companies or startups/scaleups
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel between offices
  • Excellent Communication Skills
