As a key member of the DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional volume and revenue growth by acquiring and engaging with high net worth DBS Treasures clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships, you will be responsible for acquiring and upgrading quality Treasures clients in the branch location areas, as well as engaging with existing customers to deepen wallet share through retention and growth of assets under management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain high net worth Treasures clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the Treasures Elite Team Leader, City/Cluster Head, and Branch Service and Operations team to achieve consistent delivery of volume and revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with DBS policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and laws.
