Unlock Growth as a Performance-Focused Mobile App Marketer

As a highly skilled Mobile App Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for running and scaling paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for wellness apps.

This role involves executing paid campaigns day in and day out, optimising funnels, and ensuring growth at scale. If you thrive on scaling apps through ads, experimenting with creatives and funnels, and leveraging AI + analytics tools to push performance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across various channels to drive installs and conversions
  • Build and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitably
  • Utilize AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Hands-on experience with Web2App Funnels
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows (campaign automations, creative testing, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

Additional qualifications include experience working in SaaS or app growth roles and a background in wellness, health, or fitness apps.
