Agile Product Management Director

Job4u is seeking an experienced Agile Product Management Manager to join our team. As an Agile Product Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and launch of products in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies: Lead and manage the product development process using agile methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize and deliver product features that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Scrum Mastery: Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Product Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and feature documentation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact product delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product management processes and practices.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Product Metrics: Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and drive decision-making.
- Business Cases: Contribute to the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new product initiatives.
- Product Launch: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, incorporating customer feedback and market insights.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications: Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
- Experience: Proven experience in product management with a focus on agile product development and delivery.
- Success: Demonstrated success in managing and launching successful products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Agile Principles: Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as product lifecycle management.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product management.
- Tools: Proficiency in utilizing product management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Market Analysis: Experience in conducting market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Product Analytics: Familiarity with product analytics tools and methodologies to measure product performance and user behavior.
- Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in product management processes.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of financial and commercial aspects of product management.
