Agile Product Management Director

Job4u is seeking an experienced Agile Product Management Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development and launch of products in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and Communicate Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
- Lead Product Development Process: Utilize agile methodologies to lead and manage the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
- Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to prioritize and deliver product features that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Ensure Effective Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming: Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Develop and Maintain Product Roadmaps and Release Plans: Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and feature documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Identify and Mitigate Risks and Dependencies: Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact product delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product management processes and practices, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to product managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring the development of skills and expertise.
- Monitor Key Product Metrics and KPIs: Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and drive decision-making.
- Contribute to Business Cases and Go-to-Market Strategies: Contribute to the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, incorporating customer feedback and market insights to ensure continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field: A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Certification in Agile Methodologies: Certification in agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), is required.
- Proven Experience in Product Management: Proven experience in product management with a focus on agile product development and delivery is required.
- Demonstrated Success in Managing and Launching Products: Demonstrated success in managing and launching successful products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
- Strong Understanding of Agile Principles and Practices: A strong understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as product lifecycle management, is required.
- Exceptional Leadership and Team Management Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams, are required.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management Abilities: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
