Job Title: Financial Professional

 

About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable financial professional to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The role involves maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and supporting management in decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent software.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries including receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable efficiently.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with CA/consultant.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting to support business growth.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings as required in real estate business.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external agencies to ensure smooth business operations.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
