
Sales-Driven Call Center Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead a high-performing, sales-driven call center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large call centers, strong technical acumen with dialers and telephony systems, and a metrics-driven mindset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, scaling, or building call center operations from the ground up – including hiring, training, and process design. They will also own all operational KPIs: contact rate, conversion rate, talk time, wait time, AHT, adherence, agent productivity, etc.
We are looking for someone who can optimize dialer configurations, call routing, and lead assignment logic to maximize efficiency. Additionally, they should be able to work closely with tech/product teams to integrate call center software with CRM, lead management systems, etc.
The Call Center Manager will drive agent performance and engagement through structured coaching, feedback, and incentive programs. They will also establish quality monitoring and performance review mechanisms to ensure seamless functioning across shifts.
This is a challenging role that requires ownership of SLA adherence, compliance, and call center hygiene. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making quick decisions, even with incomplete data, and aligning the call center strategy with broader sales and revenue goals.
