Job Description

As a seasoned Salesforce project manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of projects across multiple Salesforce clouds, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project workflow and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular communication and status updates.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to align project scope and ensure smooth execution.
  • Take the lead in customer-facing activities, including calls and demos, and provide clear and effective presentations using PowerPoint and Salesforce UI.
  • Ensure project velocity and manage risks through proactive issue tracking and dependency management.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to run sprints, retrospectives, and delivery planning sessions.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects, with a minimum of two full-cycle implementations under your belt.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its limitations, including declarative configuration and basic Apex/Flow programming.
  • Strong ownership and accountability, with a focus on customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control (e.g., Git/Copado).
