Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Technical Lead. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in Salesforce development and support services.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical experience in Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL, as well as excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and services such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com.
The successful candidate will also have strong expertise in developing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and platforms, proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML, and knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the technical team to provide development and support services for Salesforce applications;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Providing technical support and guidance to the development team, including analysis, troubleshooting, and working on technical issues related to the Salesforce platform;
- Developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions, including creating custom objects, workflows, and validation rules;
- Maintaining effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction with technical deliveries;
- Acting as a subject matter expert providing guidance to stakeholders on technical solutions and Salesforce best practices;
- Continuously evaluating and improving technical processes and methodologies to achieve greater efficiency and quality in Salesforce application support services;
