About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to lead the development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions and drive technical excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage 10+ years of Vlocity experience to lead end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Vlocity.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
  • Vlocity certified.
