Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Product Management Specialist.

This role will involve contributing to client engagements across various regions and project types, such as consulting services, test & learn, value story and impact analysis, or building scalable advanced analytics solutions for Loyalty Product clients.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking responsibility and taking pride in delivering high-quality results and recommendations to clients.

  • Demonstrating a strong aptitude for structured problem solving and quantitative skills.

  • Clear interest in project delivery with business clients, and intuition for the way that companies make decisions.

  • Willingness to work within small teams to produce outstanding deliverables, with a will to win attitude.

  • Bringing a unique skillset or approach to the table in every client engagement or internal activity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Undergraduate or master's degree with 2+ years of experience in a data-driven consulting/analytics organization.

  • Expertise on one or more of SQL, Python, Big Data / Hadoop (Pyspark / ScalaSpark / SparkR), HQL, Hive, R.

  • Expertise on one or more data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.

  • Experience with campaign insights, A/B testing, data-driven product development, machine learning models for segmentation, forecasting, regression, etc.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges.

  • Exposure specifically in payments / retail banking / eCommerce / BFSI merchants / Loyalty / Marketing preferred.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s).

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills.

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of which they are applying for a position in, as well as eligible to apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
