Product Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to support day-to-day product-related activities, including technical enhancements, client management, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy. This person will bridge customer-specific pain points with the larger business expansion.

The ideal candidate will translate a deep understanding of customers' pain points into products and solutions that drive significant customer value. They will collaborate in the product management team to design specifications for developing new products and services or their components.

Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis for product requirements, product enhancement, product maintenance, translating customer needs into actionable insights, collaborating with engineering colleagues to follow robust roadmaps and adhere to timelines, contributing towards work required for product readiness, implementing features, benefits, ad hoc client queries, and technical analysis along with implementation guidelines.

This role involves producing product documentation, including user guides, product overviews, and training materials, building analytical solutions, and conducting data-related investigations as part of product enhancement, maintenance, and addressing ad hoc client queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence.
  • Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
