As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives across various channels including paid search, social media, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • You will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • You will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.
  • You will mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
