Client Growth Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Specialist to join our team at Convin. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, executives, and decision-makers in large accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on enhancing net retention rates and deriving more business from current clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies for account growth and retention.
- Channel client feedback into product development and improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management in the SaaS or tech sector.
- Proven success in growing client accounts and achieving revenue growth through upselling and retention strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
