Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Dynatrace setup and configuration
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term fixes
  • Defining and fine-tuning alerts using Dynatrace and Splunk
  • Integrating Dynatrace alerts with incident management tooling
  • Analyzing and optimizing application code for error handling and alerting
  • Implementing synthetic monitoring and alarm management strategies
  • Working with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
