Key Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to collect, process, and analyze large datasets to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Transform raw data into actionable insights by gathering, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support business initiatives.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization.
  • Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and business rules to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases to manage and manipulate data.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.) to perform advanced data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to drive business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) to optimize data storage and querying.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines to streamline data management.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing to drive business insights.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot) to measure campaign effectiveness.
