Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our organization. This role is crucial in supporting strategic decision-making across multiple departments as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain our internal data warehouse and reporting systems, ensuring seamless data infrastructure and management.
  • Write optimized SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, driving business insights.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines, guaranteeing high-quality data for informed decisions.
  • Build informative dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Create templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking, empowering cross-functional teams with actionable insights.
  • Manage and configure tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, setting up and maintaining tracking for user actions and product features.
  • Ensure accurate tracking using UTM parameters and campaign data, collaborating with engineering and marketing to validate attribution data.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs, building guides and tools that facilitate access and understanding of data.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3 years in data analytics, BI, or a related role in a fast-paced organization.
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience optimizing queries and data models.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters).
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic teams.
