">We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive client growth and satisfaction.
">Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate Annual Operating Plans (AOP) based on client briefs, adapting to changes in client needs or digital platform policies.
- Lead client pitching process by generating innovative concepts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyze business-as-usual (BAU) operations to identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.
- Create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the achievements and impact of our work.
- Define brand positioning strategies that distinguish clients from competitors and resonate with target audiences.
- Evaluate marketing success through social media reports, identifying improvement areas and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving client growth and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
- Strong understanding of legal considerations and ability to ensure campaigns adhere to legal boundaries.
