Digital Marketing Specialist Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to target high-intent keywords and maintain quality scores.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will work closely with the team to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior and website activity.

The role requires analyzing remarketing efforts and optimizing creatives and bidding based on data insights. Additionally, you will be expected to run tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Campaign Management: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns to target high-intent keywords.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Remarketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop remarketing strategies to re-engage existing leads.
  • Local SEO & Competitor Research: Enhance local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and conducting competitor analysis.
  • Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization: Monitor lead quality and analyze funnel position to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks and setting performance goals.
