About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Career Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitable growth, building strong relationships with senior business executives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key IT and business executives in corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive profitable growth, expand market share, and increase revenue.
  • Account Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions and drive growth initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 15-20 Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in strategic account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Senior Business Relationships: Strong relationships with senior business executives, including CXO-level contacts.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Bachelors Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹75 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
