Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing framework across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new support materials based on process improvements, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements.
  • Maintain project risk assessments to identify potential problems and proactively develop solutions.
  • Evaluate business impact and project objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish a program for coaching and running projects across sites.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and improvements for future projects.
  • Improve efficiency metrics in manufacturing facilities.
  • Implement lean methodologies to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational excellence.
  • Own change initiatives from inception through project delivery via internal governance and controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement workshops with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in designing or implementing a continuous improvement framework.
