As a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Director, you will lead our admissions team to achieve strategic growth and expansion. Your role will be instrumental in building strong relationships with principals, managing key account relationships, and driving student engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with principals and manage key account relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Approach grade A schools for student engagement activities, conduct events, and capture leads by utilizing data-driven approaches.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Develop data-driven strategies to plan activities across different accounts and cities, with clearly defined timelines and objectives.
- Organize resources based on prioritization matrices built on market attractiveness and opportunity size.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure sales briefcases reach each resource on time.
- Expand the consultants' network and increase output from existing consultants.
- Expand the school network and increase output from existing school accounts.
- Capability building: Ensure self and team build competency through well-defined training inventories.
- Ensure a minimum number of field visits per week.
- Experience in the education industry.
- Able to deliver presentations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong network of premium school connections.
- Able to interact with senior authorities in schools.
- Open to travel.
